We're energetic beings, and when our energy becomes blocked, imbalanced, or damaged, it manifests as physical symptoms, emotional struggles, and mental patterns that keep us stuck. Think of your body like a river. When the water flows freely, everything thrives. But when there are blockages - debris, dams, stagnant pools—the whole ecosystem suffers. If you've never experienced energy work before, Reiki is a wonderful introduction. It opens you to the reality that there's more to healing than what we can see or touch. But here's what I discovered in my own practice: Energy healing alone often isn't enough for deep, lasting transformation, regardless of the modality. When I was doing just energy healing sessions, clients would feel better temporarily. They'd leave relaxed, centered, maybe even lighter. But weeks later, they'd return with the same patterns, the same pain, the same stuck energy. Why? Because we were addressing the energetic symptoms without touching the root cause - the subconscious beliefs and childhood wounds that created those blocks in the first place. I realized that energy healing merely gets the energetic ball rolling. That's when everything changed for me. My Journey: From Average Jen to Channeling a Seraph Angel In 2013, something extraordinary happened that shifted the entire trajectory of my life. I began channeling. I know how that sounds. Believe me, I was just as shocked as you might be right now. I'm a practical person - certified in holistic health and nutrition, educated in psychology, grounded in science. Channeling wasn't something I sought out or even believed was possible for me. But the experience was undeniable. You can watch a video where I tell the story of how I came to channel here. I started receiving messages - clear, powerful guidance - from a being who identified himself as Ian, a Seraph Angel. (Seraphim are the highest order of angels, closest to Source energy.) Shortly after, the Ascended Master Quan Yin - the Buddhist goddess of compassion and mercy - also began working through me. At first, I thought I was losing my mind. But the healing that occurred when I allowed these beings to work through my physical body was unlike anything I'd witnessed, or personally experienced, with traditional Reiki. Not only were they clearing energy in an incredibly powerful way (I can't even put into words the way the energy feels as I'm channeling), but they were discovering where the blockages were and were able to identify the core wound in the root chakra! I had already worked though many of my own core wounds and traumas and had been guided to provide Intuitive Spiritual Life Coaching for others (though, I had no idea what I was doing had a name) for several years so I was already very familiar with the concept of core wounds, subconscious reprogramming, etc. I was being guided to combine the energy healing with healing the core wound by reprogramming the subconscious mind! Clients experienced immediate, profound shifts. Decades-old emotional wounds surfaced and released. People broke free from patterns they'd been repeating their entire lives. I won't sugar coat and say this all happened overnight, the reprogramming process takes consistency and dedication, but it WORKS. This wasn't just energy work. This was quantum-level transformation. I call it Channeled Alchemical Energy Healing - because like the ancient practice of alchemy (turning "lead" into "gold"), it transforms your deepest wounds into your greatest wisdom and power. What Makes Channeled Alchemical Energy Healing Different? If you're familiar with Reiki, my work builds on those same principles - but goes exponentially deeper. Here's what happens during a Channeled Alchemical Energy Healing session: 1. High-Vibrational Energetic Clearing When I channel Ian (the Seraph Angel) and Quan Yin, they work through my physical body to cleanse and balance your chakras and energetic field. Shadow Work Integration Here's where my approach diverges completely from traditional energy healing: We don't stop at the energetic clearing. After the channeled healing reveals your core wounds, we shift into Intuitive Spiritual Life Coaching to do the deeper work of reprogramming your subconscious mind. I help you identify: The "lie" - the false belief your wound created ("I'm not worthy of love," "I'll always be abandoned,""I'm not safe," etc.) The truth - the empowering reality that rewrites that programming The tools - practical techniques like NLP, breathwork, visualization, and self-observation to make the shift permanent This is why my clients don't just feel better temporarily - they actually transform.
