In your Free Transformation Consultation you can ask questions about my services and tell me, generally (save the details for the session), what it is you're looking to achieve. We'll use this time to help clarify how my services can best be utilized for your personal needs, as well as to help us to decide whether or not we'd make a good fit for each other! No sales and no pressure. It's just not how I roll. I look forward to chatting with you!!

Cancellation Policy
When booking online or through me directly, your session will be prepaid in full. If the session is cancelled prior to the 24 hour window preceding the appointment, or if the practitioner needs to cancel due to an illness or emergency, the full session fee will be refunded unless the session is rescheduled. Cancellations after the 24hr window will be charged a $60 (for Full Session) or $30 (for Laser Session) cancellation fee. The remaining cost will be refunded. No-call/no-shows WILL NOT be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
As an Energy Healing, Intuitive Spiritual Consulting/Life Coaching, or Health & Wellness Consulting Client, I consent to treatment for myself or my minor child and understand and agree to the following:
1. Consent & Purpose:
• Services are intended to promote relaxation and alignment of the body, mind, and spirit.
• These services are not medical treatment, psychological counseling, or therapy and are in no way to be considered or construed as psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice
• You are responsible for your own healing journey and inner work.
2. Results & Expectations:
• Healing is a unique process for everyone, and results cannot be guaranteed.
• A “healing response” may occur within 24-48 hours after a session.
3. Medical Disclaimer:
• Jennifer Passavant is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication.
• You are encouraged to continue consulting your regular healthcare practitioners.
4. Confidentiality:
• All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written permission unless she is required by law to do so, such as if a) there is reason to believe that the client is in danger of hurting him/herself; b) if the client expresses an intention to hurt someone else; or c) if there is reasonable suspicion of child or elder abuse.
• Case histories may be used for educational purposes, but your name will not be shared.
5. Records:
• Session information will be securely stored for seven years.6. Cancellations & Refunds:
• By NOT canceling or rescheduling my appointment prior to the 24 hour window outlined in the cancellation policy, I will still be charged for half of the session ($60 for full, $30 for Laser) while the remaining cost will be refunded, and that I WILL NOT receive a refund if I do a “no-call/no-show."
7. Liability:
• By booking a session, you agree to hold harmless Jennifer Passavant, and the facility/location where the services are provided.
I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions made clear here and acknowledge and understand that payment for this service constitutes a legal signature.
