What is a Holistic Healer?

A Holistic Healer understands the deep interconnection between the mind, body, spirit, and emotions, integrating both traditional and alternative methods to support comprehensive healing.   A Holistic Alchemical Healer acts as a bridge between the physical and the metaphysical.  I integrate modern health coaching and subconscious reprogramming with the Hermetic laws of vibration, my own unique signature channeled energy healing modality, and intuitive insights.

In plain English: I help you identify the "lead" in your life - unresolved trauma, chronic health issues, and toxic cycles - and use both energetic and practical tools to transmute that weight into the "gold" of personal sovereignty, self-mastery, and well-being.

What is Self Mastery?

Self-Mastery is having conscious control over where you place your attention and how you choose to emotionally respond to circumstances.  Without self-gnosis, your wounds and traumas still unconsciously control you.  Therefore, it is through “knowing thyself” that you are empowered to be in conscious control over how you respond to your circumstances.  When you become consciously aware of the “lead” of your wounds and traumas and how they have been controlling you, you can then start the Great Work of alchemizing this “lead” into your healed “gold.”  This is the power of Shadow Work.

Using the Hermetic Principle of Mentalism - the idea that "All is Mind" - we work to deconstruct the subconscious scripts that run your life.  We combine shadow work with actionable coaching to move you from a state of "life happening to you" to "life happening through you."  
​Break free from limiting beliefs, heal your inner child, and reprogram your subconscious mind.  We will identify your core wounds (the "lies" you believe about yourself - like "I'm not worthy of love" or "I'll always be abandoned"), and use powerful coaching techniques like NLP, self-hypnosis, breathwork, visualization, and self-observation to permanently shift these subconscious patterns.
