In my signature distance energy healing session, I channel divine beings who work through my physical body to send their combined healing frequencies through me to cleanse your energy field, balance your chakras, cut energetic cords, and reveal the core wounds and childhood traumas still running your life from the shadows.

Each session includes Intuitive Spiritual Life Coaching and shadow work to start to reprogram subconscious patterns that caused the blockages in the first place to provide the opportunity for permanent transformation.

Using the Hermetic Principle of Mentalism - the idea that "All is Mind" - we work to deconstruct the subconscious scripts that run your life.  We combine shadow work with actionable coaching to move you from a state of "life happening to you" to "life happening through you."  
​Break free from limiting beliefs, heal your inner child, and reprogram your subconscious mind.  We will identify your core wounds (the "lies" you believe about yourself - like "I'm not worthy of love" or "I'll always be abandoned"), and use powerful coaching techniques like NLP, self-hypnosis, breathwork, visualization, and self-observation to permanently shift these subconscious patterns.
